4. Binding Arbitration

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to us within 30 days of first using the Service. Your opt-out will not affect any other aspect of our relationship.

5. Jurisdiction and Venue

This policy and any disputes are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Spencer's Website is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

5.2 Venue
